Jollof, or jollof rice, is a rice dish from West Africa. The dish is typically made with long-grain rice, tomatoes, onions, spices, vegetables and meat in a single pot, although its ingredients and preparation methods vary across different regions
Palm Nut Soup(Banga Soup)
Palm nut soup is a very popular soup in West Africa. In Ghana it is one of the most consumed soups.
Light Soup
Light soup is prepared by steaming fish or meat with seasonings, onion, garlic and ginger in a saucepan. Tomato paste is then added. Chili peppers, garden eggs and tomatoes are boiled, blended and added to the saucepan. Water is added to bring the soup to its desired thickness.
WAAKYE
Waakye is a Ghanaian dish of cooked rice and beans, commonly eaten for breakfast or lunch. However, others eat it for supper. The rice and beans, usually black eyed peas or cow beans, are cooked together, along with red dried sorghum leaf sheaths or stalks and limestone.

Red Red Ghana
Red red is a Ghanaian dish composed of black eyed peas, cooked in palm oil/vegetable oil . The dish derives its name from the red color it takes on from the red palm oil (zomi) and the fried plantain. Red red typically consists of fish, such as tinned mackerel or pilchards, black eyed peas, scotch bonnet peppers, onions, oil and tomatoes. It is commonly known in Ghana as 'kokoo ne beans'. Though often served with fish, red red can also be vegetarian. It can be served with fried plantain, avocado, and rice or garri for a complete meal.

Banku and Tilapia is a traditional Ghanaian dish that is very common amongst all regions in Ghana. Banku is basically a mixture of corn dough/flour mixed with cassava dough/flour. It can be eaten with various sauces such as stew, hot pepper sauce, soup etc. Tilapia is a river fish that is a delicacy in Ghana
Palava Sauce And Yam
Palaver sauce (also spelled palava sauce) is a Ghanaian green leaf stew which often consists of a mixture of meat and dried fish, cooked in one pot along with lush green leafy vegetables such as taro leaves, spinach or amaranth leaves (callaloo). The ground seeds of bitter melon are also added. These seeds are known as agushie in Ghana or egusi in Nigeria. All of these ingredients combine to give this stew a distinct flavor.
Ghana Salad
In a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, lettuce, baked beans, tuna, mayonnaise, onion, ketchup, bell peppers and sardine. Mix ingredients very well. Add boiled egg on top of mix and add coriander.

Egusi soup is popular in Western Africa. The soup is thickened with ground melon, gourd, or squash seeds. Pounded yam is a popular African dish similar to mashed potatoes but heavier. Pounded Yam is very smooth and tasty. It is often eaten with vegetable soup. Egusi soup and pounded yam is traditionally eaten with hands.
